Instructions for Games Not Received by Gamerang
Please contact the United States Postal Service at 1-800-ASK-USPS and let them know that the game you sent to us was never received. We would do it for you, but the United States Postal Inspection Service says that customers themselves (rather than Gamerang) must notify them of mail loss issues. After you report the case with the Postal Inspector, please e-mail the case number to Gamerang Support Services for us to note your account.
Note: If an excessive number of games rented on your account are lost in the mail, your subscription may be reviewed to see if it's safe to continue sending games to your address. We reserve the right to cancel your subscription at any time.

The game did not arrive, what should I do?
We’re sorry about the mail delay. Games are sent by first class mail and usually arrive within 2-4 business days. Please file another shipping problem if your game does not arrive within 48 hours so we can send you a replacement.

Do you sell used or new games?
We have incorporated our "Keep'm" feature for a select number of games. If a game you're renting is part of this initial list, you will see "Keep'm" next to the game in your Choice List.
If you do not see a "Keep'm" link next to a game you're renting and are interested in keeping it, please let us know by e-mail. We'll be happy to accommodate special requests.

How do I change my Gamerang membership plan?
It's very simple to change your Gamerang Membership Plan. All you have to do is go to Your Account page http://www.gamerang.com/Account/index.aspx and change the plan in the Change Membership Plan section.
If you upgrade to a plan that allows more games out, you will be charged an upgrade fee and we'll send the
next available game from your Choice List right away.
If you downgrade your plan, the new membership fee will go into effect at the beginning of your next billing period. And there are no refunds for unused portion of the membership plan you downgraded from.

I'm having trouble Signing into Gamerang. Keeps asking me for my login and password without an error message. What should I do?

What happens if a game is lost in the mail? Will I be charged for the game?
Gamerang uses the U.S. Postal Service to ship discs to our customers. We've found this method of delivery to be reliable and fast. However, we're aware that a game may occasionally be lost during the shipping process through no fault of the member. Therefore, it is our policy to accommodate for the occasional disc lost during shipment. If the quantity of lost discs reported by a member becomes excessive, however, we will place the account under review and notify the customer via email.

I've forgotten my Gamerang password. How do I reset my password?
You can reset your password on the Sign-in page. All you need to do is go to http://www.gamerang.com/support/ResetPasswordForm.aspx and enter the e-mail address for your account and click Reset Password.
A new password will be sent to you to the e-mail address on your account.
